Speaking of dream guitars, these are two of mine.

Here’s my custom T-style “thin-line” electric.  This custom guitar makes my pulse quicken every time I pick it up.  Fine tone woods, custom hand-made Lollar pickups and the highest quality hardware collide at the junction of Passion, Style and Tone.  Giddyup!

    Hand-carved Custom T-style Thinline Flametop

  • Custom-wound and matched Lollar P-90 and Imperial Humbucking pickups
  • Callaham hardware, featuring cryogenically treated CTS pots and Soundcraft 5-way switch
  • Locking Sperzel tuning machines and Schaller strap-loks

Custom Acoustic

This custom acoustic model is based on a classic “Single 0” design by the C.F. Martin Company.  Go ahead and pick up this charming wee guitar.  Everywhere you look, you’ll see exquisite tone woods and subtle elegance.  This guitar amazes me with its responsiveness.  We’re talkin’ detailed, balanced warmth that feels good in your ears and prismatic harmonic content without compression at full-voice.

Luthier Minneapolis

The craft of guitar making is almost limitless. Imagination and finance are the resources needed and the design process is where we will discover how much of each is required to achieve your desired result. There are a lot of decisions to make along the way. It’s important to dot the i’s and cross the t’s in this stage. To get started, download the PDF of the design worksheet and fill it out. If you don’t know why a certain option is important, go with your gut and make a note of the “instinct choice”. We can talk about the different choices and why they matter.
